Papier-mâché is a creative way to recycle old newspapers and magazines. The newspapers are torn into pieces and mixed with glue, after which the mixture is shaped into papier-mâché sculptures in a wet state and then dried. This process ensures that each papier-mâché sculpture is entirely unique. The sculpture can stand on its own, but you can also create an entire still life where the papier-mâché sculpture can take a central place alongside, for example, a vase and a papier-mâché bowl.
