Modern office interior design with edge at logistics company Fogtmann
At Vejle Boldklub’s stadium, overlooking the pitch, you’ll find Fogtmann Logistics’ new office. A workspace that brings together modern office interior design and masculine coziness with an edge. Looking for office interior design ideas? Then read on…
“This is the place!”
For Klaus Fogtmann and Rune Oland, there was no doubt when they first saw the space at Roms Hule 8, with a direct view over Vejle Boldklub’s home turf. They saw a great opportunity to set up a cool HQ in their hometown and a fantastic chance for their team to work in a unique spot with a view of the pitch.
“The meeting room with the stadium panorama gets the most reactions when clients or guests visit our new office,” Rune explains. “And it’s not every day you get to sit in a comfy bar stool, enjoy a beer and watch live football.”
“And the idea from Claus at Trademark Living to build a custom high table with a TV in it. That gets plenty of compliments, too. It was a brilliant move to integrate the screen into that grass-green tabletop; it looks just like the real pitch,” Rune adds.
Expert support for office interior design
Fogtmann got the keys six months before moving in and had plenty of work ahead.
Luckily, Klaus knew one creative Claus, who knew a third creative Klaus, who turned out to be the perfect man for the job. After a visit to Trademark Living’s showroom, creating a broad list of ideas, the third Klaus got free rein to transform the place.
“We’ve got edge, so our office interior design should have it too”
“We loved the vibe in the showroom, but more importantly, Klaus really understood what we were wishing for and came with loads of cool office interior design ideas,” says Rune.
Rune and Klaus were drawn to the rustic look, the warm wood tones, and the repurposed feel. And it didn’t hurt that the furniture looked great without blowing the budget.
Another important point for Rune was that Trademark Living’s furniture has personality and edge, just like Fogtmann Logistics. “We’re not mainstream – it’s okay if it’s a bit rustic, raw and with character. Just like us,” Rune says.
Trademark Living takes over
“From the very beginning, Rune and Klaus made it clear that they wanted to outsource the office interior design for their business. So, we at Trademark Living put together a complete overview of floors, wall colors, curtains, furniture, and custom-designed elements.”
The wish list included modern facilities for their team, ideally with edge and coziness and informal meeting rooms with round or tall tables and lots of wood and rustic touches.
“Everything was approved, so we must’ve hit the bullseye”, says Trademark Living’s Klaus with a smile.
Create your own raw and rustic office interior design
Do it like Fogtmann: Make room for hygge, - even in the office. It should almost feel like being at home. Create a cozy lounge area or use windowsills as seating spots.
High tables bring energy
The meeting rooms feature either a round table for a more relaxed vibe, or a tall table where you can choose to stand. Dark furniture, a whisky barrel, and an old locker cabinet give the space a masculine man cave feel.
