Zellweger is a tall glass vase in olive green with the distinctive shape you might recognise from the classic hyacinth vase. Only here, the size has been turned up a notch. At 30 cm high and with a wide opening, there is room for a little more than a single hyacinth. Use the vase with an amaryllis bulb and let the roots remain visible through the green glass, or fill it with branches and a few flowers. The sculptural shape and deep olive green colour also make Zellweger decorative even when empty. The wide opening also makes it possible to use the vase as a candle holder for a pillar candle. This creates a beautiful glow through the coloured glass and gives the vase yet another use. However, always keep an eye on the candle and do not let it burn down so far that the heat from the flame could damage the glass. A vase with a few more tricks up its sleeve than bouquet, water, done.
